Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and niceph44 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the niceph44 website located at niceph44.best and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the niceph44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon account creation.

niceph44 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open and maintain an account on niceph44:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify your local regulations before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of niceph44 or any of its affiliated operators or gaming providers.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion order in place with niceph44 or any other Philippine-licensed gaming platform where such exclusions apply cross-platform.
• You must not be registered or operating under false identity information.

niceph44 may require age and identity verification documents at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory verification may have their account restricted or permanently closed, with any pending withdrawal request processed to the original payment method used for deposits.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) niceph44 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension for all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. niceph44 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. niceph44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact niceph44 support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including niceph44 support staff (we will never ask for your password).
• Enable two-factor authentication if available on your account settings.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.
• Update your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

niceph44 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-based payment channels only: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks.

All transactions on niceph44 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit per transaction is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though transactions above₱50,000 may require additional identity verification before being processed.

Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash or Maya are credited to your niceph44 wallet in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day to clear. niceph44 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted before5:00 PM on a banking day are processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM will be processed the following banking day. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 60 seconds of processing. Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.
• Accounts with unverified identity documentation may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• niceph44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests. Expedited withdrawal services may carry a service fee disclosed at the time of request.

niceph44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method ownership verification) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance requirement and is not punitive.

niceph44 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms announced at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all niceph44 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus credits are added to your niceph44 wallet separately from real-money funds and are tracked independently.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on game categories specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, a bonus applies across all game types on niceph44.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account. Accepting a new bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirement of an existing bonus will forfeit the remaining balance of the first bonus.
• niceph44 reserves the right to cancel or modify any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.

Players who have concerns about a specific bonus application on their account should contact niceph44 support with the promotion name and date of claim. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

The following general betting rules apply across all game categories on niceph44. Game-specific rules for Sports Betting, Basketball Tongits, Color Game, Poker, and Sabong are published in their respective section pages and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed in the niceph44 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform expressly provides a cash-out or cancellation function.
• In the event of a technical disruption that affects live game or event, niceph44 will apply the result officially declared by the governing authority (e.g., the arena judge in Sabong, the league official in sports). If no result can be determined due to the disruption, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet per transaction is ₱20. Maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed at the time of placing each bet.
• niceph44 operates with a small commission margin (rake orvig) on applicable game types. This is standard practice and is factored into the displayed odds, not charged as a separate fee.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, account fraud, or prohibited conduct is subject to cancellation and forfeiture regardless of outcome.

Where there is any dispute about the outcome of a game or event, niceph44's decision — based on the official governing authority's ruling — is final. If you believe an error has occurred in the application of a result, you may submit a formal dispute within 48 hours of the result being posted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on niceph44 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a previous suspension.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated Sabong betting to exploit payout imbalances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with niceph44 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's pricing or payout systems to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winings obtained through known or suspected glitches are subject to reversal.
• Money laundering or using niceph44 as a mechanism to move, convert, or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the niceph44 platform.
• Making chargebacks on deposits through your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in account closure and potential legal action.

niceph44 employs anti-fraud and anti-collusion monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious patterns are flagged for human review. If your account is flaged, you may be asked to provide additional identity verification before further play or withdrawals are permitted.

niceph44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Verified breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance. Accounts with a positive balance will not be closed without prior notification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion — pending investigation.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder under niceph44's Responsible Gaming policy.

When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining wallet balance will be reviewed. Funds earned through legitimate play will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Funds obtained through prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraud will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may contact niceph44 support. Voluntary account closures are processed within two (2) business days and any remaining balance is returned to the player's last used payment method.

niceph44 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All players have access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours up to 30 days) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from niceph44 for a minimum of 6 months. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected duration.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any niceph44 content for any purpose without explicit written permission from niceph44.

niceph44 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target and invest significantly in infrastructure reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. niceph44 will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from platform downtime outside of niceph44's direct control (including third-party payment provider outages or internet connectivity issues on the player's end).
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to follow these Terms, including placing bets on incorrect markets or using incorrect bet amounts.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the specific bet or transaction in question.

niceph44's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the greater of ₱50,000 or the total amount deposited by the player in30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in this section limits niceph44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

niceph44 may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operating procedures. When changes are made:

• Players will be notified via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before material changes take effect.
• The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your niceph44 account, or any game or transaction on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact niceph44 support to attempt resolution through the platform's internal dispute process. niceph44 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Formal dispute submissions may be sent to niceph44's official support email address with the subject line "FORMAL DISPUTE" and must include your registered account email, the date and nature of the disputed transaction or outcome, and any supporting documentation you wish to be considered.
